How much will my order cost? Pricing is based several factors. Do you have professional artwork ready to go? If not, we will have to charge for art creation. How many color need to be used and how many locations will be printed? Pricing goes up with the number of colors used for each location printed. If you need shirts printed on the front and back, the price will be higher than printing on just one side. How many shirts will be printed? Minimum orders will cost most. Pricing decreases as the number of shirts ordered increase
Do you require a deposit? Yes. A 50% deposit is due before and work is started
How can I pay? We accept payments in cash, checks or credit cards through PayPal.
Can I order just 1 shirt? No. The minimum order is 15 shirts, per design, per location. The reason we have a minimum is the art and set up process takes time. By printing fewer that 15 shirts, we’re not able to maximize our time and efforts. If you’re really set on ordering just one shirt, we’ll print it, but you will be charged for the minimum order. Any orders fewer that 15 shirts will be charged the cost of 15, no exceptions.
How long does an order take? Orders usually take 10 working days from the time that bot, artwork has been finalized and the deposit has been payed. In the event we are extremely busy, we will inform you of any delays before you pay the deposit.
My artwork is drawn on a cocktail napkin, is that OK? We can work with that. We will need to charge to have the art converted into something we can print from. To avoid art charges, your submitted art needs to sent in professional formats. We accept Adobe Illustrator files, Adobe Photoshop files, and CorelDraw files. We reserve the right to refuse artwork for a number of reasons. We’ll let you know if you artwork is acceptable.
Can I supply my own shirts? Yes, but we cannot guarantee the finished product. The shirts we supply are shirts we have experience with and confidence in. Since we don’t know the shirt, you’re providing, we will not guarantee the finished product.
Why do you do everything by email? Phone call are great, but email leaves us a record to go back and reference to ensure you get exactly what you want.
